SENIOR UX RESEARCHER

I’m a Senior UX Researcher with six years of experience, currently leading research across multiple products for a major retailer. I manage end-to-end research initiatives—planning, conducting, and synthesizing insights—while supporting designers and cross-functional partners with actionable recommendations. My expertise includes data analysis in benchmarking and digital factor analysis, as well as hands-on methods like eye-tracking, interview moderation, and research scripting. I have experience managing research roadmaps for several product teams simultaneously, aligning research priorities with business goals.

 

Previously, I collaborated with the College of Nursing at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee to design and evaluate training programs. My work blends quantitative and qualitative methods, and I thrive in close collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver research that informs product strategy and drives measurable impact.
